While many organizations require strong project delivery, portfolio governance, and PMO leadership, they often lack the capacity or justification for a full-time executive-level PMO leader. Affinity Excellence Consulting was created to provide that level of execution architecture, leadership, and discipline on a flexible, scalable basis.
